It's a bit different from the typical sheet masks I use.This comes in two pieces, and you remove the stiff backing. The mask has a cream serum on it and you place the mask with the cream side onto your face so the stripe pattern is facing out. The upper face portion of the mask is pretty standard. It fits my face pretty well, though I do wish it was just slightly longer as it doesn't cover my entire forehead. The bottom portion of the mask is mostly standard except it has a bottom portion that you wrap under your jawline.The stripe part (the part facing away from your skin) acts like a barrier that keeps the serum from evaporating quickly. When you touch the stripe side of the mask, it feels pretty much dry. The sheet mask adheres really well to my face, and the instructions say you can leave it on for 20 minutes or so. Because of the striped side helping to keep the serum on your skin instead of quickly drying out, I find that I can leave this mask on for much longer (and prefer to).When I eventually do remove the mask, I tap any remaining serum in and apply skincare as usual. The mask feels refreshing and adds really nice hydration to my skin.I don't notice any lifting but I don't expect a sheet mask to be able to do that. Overall, this mask is so easy to use, works well, and is innovative in how it keeps the serum in contact with your skin for longer than other sheet masks.
