I love that it comes double sealed, so I know nothing happened to it on the way to me.I also appreciate that the capsules are clear, so I can see what's inside them.The capsules are a nice medium size, so I can take them with or without water.Overall a great supplement.Highly recommended.

I like this intentional formula with ingredients designed to support methylation and normalize homocysteine. As someone with MTHFR issues, I always take methylated vitamins. Since mutations are so common, it seems like methylated B vitamins are the best bet for most people really.This supplement combines methylated forms of folate, B12 and B2 with betaine anhydrous. It's a relatively clean vegan formula, but does have magnesium stearate. The bottle arrived double quality sealed and fresh. It has a lot number and expiration date on the bottom indicating over 2 1/2 years of shelf life remaining. There are no leaking caps or loose powder. They are medium to large size, but easy to swallow. They are odorless and tasteless and don't give me any nausea, indigestion, burps or jitteriness. Overall, this seems to be a quality methylated B vitamin and a good value at the current price of $14.95. This is a month supply if you take the recommended dose of 2 caps daily. You could get away with 1 daily based on the RDAs, but then the recommended dose of betaine anhydrous would be on the lower side for proven effectiveness.
