The following is my honest review and personal opinion/time with with this Nutriissa K2/D3 supplement. The most effective form (bioavailable) is MK-7, but it never hurts to have the full spectrum included :) And the D3 is in here of course at 5000 IU. This should pass the Dropy community guidelines (hopefully) as the following statements are facts (and not my advise or my opinion)... This supplement is distributed from their location in Miami, FL. While some of their ingredients may be sourced in China, it does claim that all their products are produced in FDA-registered facilities....Do what you want with this research info. I fully believe this piece is of peak grade. HERE IS HOW: D3 increases calcium absorption, while K2 ensures that the calcium gets deposited in bones and teeth RATHER THAN that calcium accumulating in arteries and soft tissues...... The bottle arrived with a plastic covering all over it for safety which I find highly reassuring in addition to cap an inner foil seal under the lid. Altogether I do trust this article is working silently inside me to help with my bone strength, but I will not know until the time comes for me to have a bone test done (a lot of years in the future I think). So, to sum up quickly: Vitamin D3 boosts calcium absorption, but if you take D3 without adequate K2, that calcium can build up in blood vessels and organs (calcification) - and you don't want that. The bottle comes with 60 capsules so provides a whole 8 weeks (2 months) of work with! The capsules are a good tolerable measurements at just under 3/4 inch in length.....even though the seller's pictures shows them to be 1 inch long, which they are not, as I actually measured a capsule! They provide the certificate of analysis by scanning the QR code on the summit lid of the bottle, so this is another plus for me. A quick google search will tell you that taking Vitamin K2 (with Vitamin D3) is essential due to the fact they work synergistically to manage calcium. I provided. The plus side is that the serving size is 1 capsule per day so you don't have to try to get down more than one. Personally I have no issues getting them down. First off a little lesson as to WHY one needs to take D3 when taking Vitamin K (specifically K2). I personally have only been taking this for a week now, so my review is a bit premature, but for numerous years I have KNOWN of this combo's bone health benefits (I think most people who are into their health know this fact). This combined action of D3 & K2 maximizes bone strength and reduces the risk of cardiovascular calcification. So A+ for reassuring safety measures taken by Nutriissa. There is no discernable smell that I noticed and no digestive issues for me either. One does not usually find MK-9 included so this is a good thing!!! I rate this supplement a perfect 10 and here is why: Along with the vitamin K1 (for helping your blood clot) in here, this supplement also provides ALL the K2's (MK-4, MK-7 & MK-9). Another fact is this duo helps in your osteoporosis battle too - they are a "power duo" for on the whole health. Maybe that was the dimensions of the of them when they had them in the old design logo bottle?! The parent company (manufacturer) of Nutriissa is called "It's Naturals LLC" and please note some of their products are Crafted in the USA while others are Made in China, but they do not specify which country on this exact supplement.
