I was impressed by this supplement. Truly, I wish I'd discovered Inositol five years ago.The product itself is a very fine powder, and tastes slightly sweet. It dissolves easily in water, meaning that this one of the easiest forms of inositol for your body to absorb.I find that it works very well as an anxiety reducer, and the relaxed feeling it brings me definitely feels amplified when I take more of it (safely, I assure you!). 5 grams is a good baseline supplement, for me, though I know that it's safe to go up to about 20 grams.I'd recommend taking it slow and low, though, and working up to that amount - not that Inositol is dangerous, but I did find myself a little too relaxed after taking 18 grams; I felt great, but couldn't move my unmotivated butt off of the couch! (No, it wasn't anything like a recreational drug, I just was so carefree that I had no motivation, lol)I am personally taking this as a supplement to make sure that my body isn't depleted while I'm taking Adderall, and I'm impressed. Though I will definitely be going through this supplement quicker than, say, potassium or magnesium, I believe that it is worth the price, and is worth the investment if you've the money. I believe that one bag will last me a month and a half with semi-regular supplementing.

I purchased this Inositol powder to replace another one that I purchased previously and ran out of. I was looking through the different manufacturers and found that this brand had a lot of high ratings due to the pure quality of supplements, and lower prices. I do like the powder in a pouch, rather than a large container that's hard to fit in crowded cabinets sometimes - and its easier to get the powder out of a soft pouch, rather than try to fit your hand down in a half empty tub with a narrow opening! I purchased this to help decrease the amount of finger skin picking that I do, and that my 9 yr old son does. With my first bottle (different brand), I followed the dosing instructions of starting small, and slowly increasing the amounts, but I started to get headaches, so I quit taking it. However, my son, who was 8 at the time, seemed to be responding pretty well to it. His finger picking did decrease with a very minimal dosage. That was the only change I noticed in him. I will try this again for myself to see if it works for me as well with this new product. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because its too soon to tell of any changes -- but so far I do like the customer service, the price and the packaging.

I am shocked at how much, and how good the quality of this product is for the price! I am an avid supplement buyer and it's normal for me to spend week's reading and researching about anything I purchase. I am very particular about quality, testing, and packaging. This company is a hidden treasure, the quality is great, this will last me for a long time as I don't take much of it, about 1/2tsp daily for now. I have that MTHFR mutation, that at least 40% of the population is thought to have which means I don't process B vitamins, I get tired all the time among other issues. I bought this after hearing about B8 from a Dr. I take a weekly class from. She mentioned how much it helps with focus and being ADD I thought it's worth a try. I put a tiny bit in my coffee in the morning and mid-morning. I don't notice any flavor, it is a teeny tiny bit grainy but not bad at all. I feel so much better, I WANT to do more, I am more focused and feel less brain fog. It will be great to see how I feel after a month of using the products. They have so many amazing products I think I will just be buying from them from now on!Highly recommend this company and this product, but would also recommend making sure you don't take too much.

As always BulkSupplements provided highest quality product. I bought from them Inositol and Choline L- Bitartrate and taking both in following dosage: 2 times per day mixing in water 3/4 tsp of Inositol and 1/16 tsp of Choline L-Bitartrate. They both will mix very well with water giving clear water with little sweet with slightly sower taste. Inositol gives sweetness and Choline L-Bitartrate gives that taste of lemonade.Today is 4 days since I started taking these with water two times per day. Do I see any changes? I can not expect too much so soon, but for sure Anxiety attacks and depression are not so bad anymore. Plus now I can sleep little better.I can't speak about my PCOS and Rosacea, which is autoimmune disorder. I might update later after a month or so.I am giving it also to my 8 years old son, who has some Autistics symptoms. I am mixing for him dosage two times smaller than for myself. He became more calm and focused. Last two days he had no screaming episodes. Today he was able to follow all directions without any problems. I had to only repeat certain things three-four times for him and it didn't cause any extra stress. Also so far we have four days in a row without bed-wetting. Didn't expect this effect, but it makes us both much happier.For my oldest 16 years daughter I am giving the same dosage as for myself. She looks happier, reduced Anxiety and Depression. It seems that her period started with less pain than it used to. That's all for now. Hopefully we will have more improvement soon.Would definitely recommend both together: Inositol and Choline L-Bitartrate.

After a significant amount of research, I've decided to use this to help improve egg quality; regulate my period; & achieve a pregnancy. My husband & I have been trying for approximately 1 year with no pregnancies yet. I do not have PCOS (which inositol powder is often used to treat, & a common roadblock to achieving a pregnancy). I purchased the 100g package. I chose this brand because: 1) it's in foil packaging instead of plastic ("The Human Experiment" anyone??) & 2) it was the most inexpensive. I'm incredibly satisfied with the quality of the product. It's very fine, sparkly like granulated sugar, and airy like imitation snow. It's a delicate, enchanting like powder with a slight sweetness. It holds well, and dissolves like a dream. I cannot yet comment on its effectiveness in helping our battle with infertility as it is too soon. I will however update this as the journey continues. For reference only, I've decided to take a split dosage (1/2 in the morning; 1/2 at night) of 2000mg of inositol powder along with 800mcg folic acid. It ends up being a DIY Pregnitude at less than half the price!
