I wasn't sure about trying these, but my heel pain was so extreme, I needed to try something. just a not many hours after I put them on, and I started to wonder if maybe my feet were feeling a little unique after all. And it's still been helping. But I think they were very helpful for letting the healing happen, and since then, my impression is that they have been a solid preventative strategy. When I put them on the first morning, I rapidly concluded that this was yet another dumb purchase that wasn't going to do anything. I kept putting on the arch supports every day, still not convinced, but my feet were feeling finer and I was grateful and relieved.The arch supports showed up Nov 28, and I have worn them basically every day since then (so, over a month). I would actually be acceptable if they were a little tighter, but again, one-size is right for favor it is right for. Whatever inflammation or other damage was causing pain prior to purchase took some time to heal -- the arch supports didn't magically erase that. As the heel pain had been a daily occurrence and had been getting worse, it's not surprising that it took a scarce days for the pain to settle down. After that, I have had a a couple of more on-my-feet-all-day days, but with the arch supports, and while my feet have been sore at the end of those days, it hasn't been the persistent shooting pain I was experiencing before I got them.They are not a magic cure, and they don't prevent all pain. Sometimes hope for relief leads to desperate actions, and this appeared appreciate a dumb, desperate action.Fast forward to noontime on Day 1... Hmmm... They are much more effective than I expected them to be when I first slipped them on, and I am happy I kept trying them. These supports seem to provide that just-enough level of support, and I am astonished and thankful for the distinction it has built for me.1/12/2018 edited to add: I wear a women's size 6.5. Not sure if it would have been varied if I had worn the arch supports starting when I got up that day, or if a full day on my feet was inevitably going to cause pain. They were a close fit, but with my high arches, it didn't seem appreciate there was any hope of this compression band actually doing anything to address the pain I had been experiencing every day for weeks. I have high arches, and rarely do I find shoes that feel like they provide adequate arch support. Preparing to acquire a second pair today. I had one treacherous day in the kitchen, when I was on my feet for hours and hours doing food prep for the holidays, and I forgot to put them on until late morning. That said, my situation is incredibly much improved, and I will be buying another pair or two soon. By the end of the day, my gives the impression were in pain again, with the old familiar pain shooting up my calves almost to my knees. (I can commonly wear the large end of child sizes!) Mentioning that as the fit worked properly on me, but due to the fact it seems to be a one-measurements piece, someone with a much larger, wider foot might find them uncomfortable. I usually get wide width when I'm buying athletic shoes, but even with that, a measurements 6.5 is still a pretty small foot.

I didn't think these would help me, but to my surprise, i enjoy them a lot. i wash them in the handwash cycle of my washing machine in one of those zippered laundry bags for delicates, in cold water, and let them air dry. I have worn them only with shoes that cover them wholly, favor my cross trainers and other closed shoes i wear with socks in the winter.They don't come with instructions, and i almost gave up on them as they were so uncomfortable at first, but i did learn a a handful of things through trial and error:1. At first i didn't pay attention to where i put that seam, and it genuinely hurt when i put it in the improper place and/or wore it inside out! They have not crafted my feet too warm or sweat more than normal. then I noticed that that where i placed the seam built a sizable difference in how tight they seemed on my feet. Also, the bandage felt tighter when the seam was at the peak of my foot. The aforementioned seam - each bandage has a seam, and one side of it is covered to make it smooth. I kept thinking, how could people with normal width feet wear these? I discovered the most comfortable place for the seam is against the arch of each foot, wearing the covered side of the seam on the inside, directly against my foot.3. Most shoes don't have sufficient arch support for me, and even though i have attempted numerous arch pads, most are not shaped right for my feet. I also came across that they do relax a bit after wearing them a scarce times.2. I don't wear them with sandals or pumps because they are highly noticeable. They are extremely tight at first. They didn't draw up after washing in this manner.5. I also discovered that i can't wear them over socks; must wear them under socks.4. They wash nicely. However, I have only worn them in the winter.All in all, I am very thrilled with this get. My feet are narrow, AA to AAA width, but i found these bandages to be so tight it felt like my feet were cramping. That's why i tried these bandages, and I have realized they make my shoes a lot more relaxing and decrease my knee pain.

These are great. They are very comfortable to wear. They stay put. I like the adjustable arch support as one foot needs more than the other. They allow me to go barefoot around the house without hurting my feet.
