I can say without hesitation that I've really been impressed by the Insulin Cooler Bag from DIGOAKO as I've been using it almost the entire time since I was diagnosed with diabetes (which currently requires an insulin regimen) several months back. Don't be fooled by the name however as this isn't a bag. It's more like a semi-rigid case that's sturdy enough to take some light abuse in your travel bag while adding protection for all items contained within.The inside of the case is well insulated and features two mini-freeze packs which freezes up pretty quickly. The included temperature wand constantly keeps track of the inside temperature and displays the results on the front housing so you are always in the know about how cold (or warm) it's inside. The multiple pockets makes it easy for me to carry all of my diabetes supplies including alcohol wipes, insulin pen, pen needles and so much more. Plus I haven't had an issue of internal or external condensation; It's just fantastic.Beyond just my insulin use, I've also used this in situation where I've had to pick up other medications that required refrigeration. It makes it a real convenient portable traveler to use when I need to pick up refrigerated medication from the pharmacy but I'm not going to immediately head back home to refrigerate said medication such as when I'm running errands across town.The only detraction I can state through my own use is that the zipper closure on the case doesn't track smoothly. It's rather stiff and at times seems like more work than what should need to be done in order to open and close said case. I worry at times that the zipper may come off track and at that point the case will become useless but so far it has held up really well despite the awkward zipper issue. As it were I only use one of the two zipper enclosures in case one does break I have the other to fall back on.Having said that I feel like this is the perfect companion for anyone who leads an active lifestyle and requires refrigerated medication whether it's insulin or something else. The case is the perfect size and overall isn't too bulky. If it was any larger I think it would lose a lot of it's portability features. Fix the zipper issue and this becomes an even better product, especially for the price point which is a bargain in my opinion. I score this a 4.65 out of 5.00 for a 5 star rating. I am just a customer who is very happy and fortunate to be able to find something like this to use as an asset in my overall daily routine.

Decent quality, the zipper zips smoothly , it contains a hard plastic insert you can put in the freezer so you have an ice pack to keep it lovely and cold for traveling. It holds two petite vials and a pocket for a few syringes and some alcohol wipes. This is perfect for my meds that I have to keep cold.

Great case. The 'ice' or freeze packets freeze quickly and keep the contents cold. There's ample room for three tubes of insulation.

This feels well-built. The sides are rigid and keep the contents from getting squished. it has multiple pockets and loops to help keep your things organized and in place. I like the fact that there is a temperature monitor on the front so you can easily monitor how the ice packs are doing without opening it up and letting more warm air in. I compared the readout, and it was within 1/2 a degree of my trusted kitchen thermometer, so it was accurate enough to trust. Using both ice packs that come with it at the same time, it started out at 25.5 degrees. After 8.5 hours, it was up to 46 degrees. Through the night, it got up to room temperature when I next checked it at the 15.5 hr mark. So that makes this perfect for keeping your meds cold for a day trip, but not any longer.
