I decided to order this product after seeing a YouTube video that recommended this particular supplement. My reason was because I suffer from neuropathy and as well as feeling lethargic, I'm overweight and no matter how I control my diet nothing changes. The worst thing for me was the lethargy, wanting and needing to do stuff but felt just too exhausted for no apparent reason, and never getting anything accomplished.I've always been an active person and since I was diagnosed with neuropathy the feeling of being pathetic was just getting worse and worse.So in a leap of faith after reading some of the reviews on this particular supplement/vitamin I started taking them 10/12/2022.At first I wasn't sure if they were doing anything for me but I realized that they needed to build up in my system to be of any effect so I continued to take them as advised on the bottle.After about a week one of the first things that I did notice was that my balance ( a symptom of neuropathy ) had improved immensely and I was no longer hanging on to counters, furniture etc. just to get around the house.As I write this it is 01/04/2023 and for the last 3 days I have started to feel like my old self. I've been knocking out the chores like nobody's business and been able to get things accomplished. I know it's early days to be celebrating my new found energy, and I will update as necessary with further changes to my health, but I am definitely seeing some positive changes to y health, another one among them being my appetite and eating habits.
