These have been amazingly agreeable for constant wear. They look am pleased with standard-problem flip flops (not a style statement, which is excellent- flip flops should not pretend to be what they aren't) but the arch support has made a immense variation to my rear and hips.My first pair finally cracked after about a year or more of near-daily wear; this pair was a replacement.They seem to run a bit substantial; I wear a 7.5 and the dimensions 7 suits perfectly. The straps were snug when they arrived, and easy to stretch a bit to the correct length.I will be ordering a third pair when these wear out; they hit the sweet spot.

If you jump aeound favor a maniac in shoes that are horrible for your feet, you need these! I have these in almost all of my high heel shoes and my more fashionable/less functional boots, and they have helped a lot. My only suggestion: Make sure the surface you're adhering them to is cleaned and smooth, and make sure you know exactly where you're placing them and avoid moving them, to ensure they stay put. There is absolutely more support and my feet hurt a lot less (if at all) when wearing for long periods of time. I'm a performer - I stand a play the keyboard (sustain pedal and all) and sing, so I am on my feet basically dancing and stomping around for 3-4 hours straight, and when I say I don't need a foot bath immediately after I get place from a gig after wearing these in all my fairly shoes, that says a lot. The support is just enough, not too much. That happened with two pairs, and it didn't move too much, still pretty sticky, but just enough to have learned my lesson.

I wasn't sure about trying these, but my heel pain was so extreme, I needed to try something. When I put them on the first morning, I quickly concluded that this was yet another dumb purchase that wasn't going to do anything. They were a close fit, but with my high arches, it didn't seem like there was any hope of this compression band actually doing anything to address the pain I had been experiencing every day for weeks. Sometimes hope for relief leads to desperate actions, and this felt like a dumb, desperate action.Fast forward to noontime on Day 1... just a few hours after I put them on, and I started to wonder if maybe my feet were feeling a little different after all. Hmmm... Because the heel pain had been a daily occurrence and had been getting worse, it's not surprising that it took a few days for the pain to settle down. I kept putting on the arch supports every day, still not convinced, but my feet were feeling better and I was grateful and relieved.The arch supports arrived Nov 28, and I have worn them basically every day since then (so, over a month). I had one treacherous day in the kitchen, when I was on my feet for hours and hours doing food prep for the holidays, and I forgot to put them on until late morning. By the end of the day, my feels were in pain again, with the old familiar pain shooting up my calves almost to my knees. Not sure if it would have been different if I had worn the arch supports starting when I got up that day, or if a full day on my feet was inevitably going to cause pain. After that, I have had a few more on-my-feet-all-day days, but with the arch supports, and while my feet have been sore at the end of those days, it hasn't been the persistent shooting pain I was experiencing before I got them.They are not a magic cure, and they don't prevent all pain. That said, my situation is very much improved, and I will be buying another pair or two soon. They are much more effective than I expected them to be when I first slipped them on, and I am glad I kept trying them. Whatever inflammation or other damage was causing pain prior to purchase took some time to heal -- the arch supports didn't magically erase that. But I think they were very helpful for letting the healing happen, and since then, my impression is that they have been a solid preventative strategy. I have high arches, and rarely do I find shoes that feel like they provide adequate arch support. These supports seem to provide that just-enough level of support, and I am surprised and grateful for the difference it has made for me.1/12/2018 edited to add: I wear a women's size 6.5. I usually get wide width when I'm buying athletic shoes, but even with that, a size 6.5 is still a pretty small foot. (I can often wear the large end of child sizes!) Mentioning that because the fit worked well on me, but because it seems to be a one-size item, someone with a much larger, wider foot might find them uncomfortable. I would actually be okay if they were a little tighter, but again, one-size fits like it fits. And it's still been helping. Preparing to buy a second pair today.

I indeed truly like these. At my 6 month follow up with the podiatrist they were as it turns out kind of impressed by how close I had gotten this to the spot it needed to be, but also how adequately this stuff stuck down.I have some shoes that I can't wear my custom orthotics in, so I've put these inside of them. I've used arch pafs before that are able to be repositioned and they always come lose or fall out, which is rather annoying.These work really adequately for me, but I get that they may not be superb for everyone. I added one of these and it was so much more comfortable. Of course, when I've had to take them out they are not easy to get reverse up, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. I honestly wish they showed up in different colors so I could match them to the shoes I've put them in. I have custom orthotics for plantar fasciitis and the arch on one just wasn't high enough.
