I purchased mine almost 4 years ago. It is only now starting to slowly die. I have used mine every week, at least 1-3 times with more during the winter. The battery has started to drain quickly now and I'm looking to get a new one of the same kind. It has been used so much and can make my feet go from dry, rough, with deep cracks in my heels and calluses to soft and smooth within 1-2 uses. It has never caused any pain or discomfort. The foot buffer is easy to charge, change discs and clean. I love all of the extras it comes with. The only thing I would want differently is if it came with a travel case. I take mine with me during any travel and it always helps take my tired rough feet and renews them each time. (Also, I would love it if they changed the power cable to a regular USB/USB-C as I had misplaced the cord more than once and getting a replacement isn't easy.)
