Maxx Herb Valerian Root Extract Maximum Strength Liquid Supplement for Relaxation and Restful Sleep Alcohol Free Tincture 4 Ounce

I've had high anxiety that landed me in the ER and on meds. 10/10. Couldn't handle the meds anymore and after nights of no sleep, these finally knocked me out and I felt better in the morning.

For those fishermen and women out there, you will appreciate the description of the smell here... This seems to be key for those who are enjoy me and quite needed that domino to fall to work backside the years of damage. The biggest thing is that I can do my stretches and workouts without the added challenge of working around the pain. That may be an actual second use for these. Now that we have addressed the smell... for years. It's truly amazing so far.Note that the ingredients also promote a positive mood and stress relief. I have been fighting muscle tightness from my desk jockey job, working out, yard work, automotive repair, stress, etc. Nothing has helped as much as these tablets. In my experience, the sciatica, joint and muscle pain would only subside when the muscles finally relaxed and for some reason it seemed impossible for it to be consistent enough to delight in my lifestyle pain free. I've been to physical therapy (helped, particularly with dry needling) and am enrolled in a special exercise and stretching routine. I do not plan on keeping up that regiment, but will cut back a little at a time. I can focus on technique and not pain avoidance (which can cause more issues). On about day two I would describe the results as something like the day after a massage and a day or so after dry needling. This combination of natural substances with this level of standard have been a gigantic help. Slightly more than the instructions for spasms, but most recommendations are for 160 lb people. I have been taking 2 in the morning and before bed and 2 at each meal. It's still only been about a week, but it might not be too soon to call these life changing.I am 6' tall and about 180. Fine for muscles and a better night sleep. it smells appreciate legit stink bait for catfish.

Well, this little pill stinks horribly but if you know about Valerian root then you know it has a horrible smell. But it functions enjoy magic.I'm a flight attendant and fly to different countries and going through unique time zones constantly. Due to the fact of my job I have a terrible internal clock thus trouble sleeping. My daughter suggested I gave Valerian root a chance so I did.And let me tell you what..... I haven't had a good nights sleep in years.I don't enjoy taking medicines so I have tested everything natural there is to take and nothing has did the job. if you can get past the smell your body will thank you.I finally fall asleep within minutes.I take it an hour before going to bed and before I know it I'm asleep.I wish I would've taken it years ago but I guess finer late than never!!!I bought this maker since I acquired their garlic pills and they are the finest, the product is fresh and organic, excellent quality, superb product all together, so it was a no brainer for me to support a little family owned business!!!

So let's start out with some quick facts: The way this article performs is by supplying your body with melatonin along with some other natural stuff that should help you sleep improved. These pills aren't miracle workers and WILL NOT FORCE you to sleep. Follow/Fix your sleep times, control your food times, caffeine intake, etc. But if I'm on the computer before bedtime and all that intense concentration happens, will my body actually know when to produce melatonin? I get that sleepy feeling and I go to sleep. As for me, the intense attention and concentration I give the computer makes me unaware of the time until I stop doing something, take a thought break, and look at the time. Keep this in mind before purchasing. and work with this pill as a sleeping aid. That's where LUNA comes in. This is in combination with daily gym workouts and proper eating.BUT, keep this in mind: This is a natural formula, which means that if you are forcing yourself to stay awake then these won't help you. Your body naturally produces melatonin based on your circadian rhythm and is usually at peak production during the night. Now my experience: I think it helps on most days. Examples are drinking caffeine late at night, sleeping quite late, forcing yourself to spend a scarce more minutes on the internet when it's as it turns out hours, finishing that level boss in that exciting game because you can't save without defeating the boss, eating something right before sleepy time, exercising, etc. Don't apply this expecting that it will knock you out and you'll get that super-sleep enjoy you invariably desired. So it does the job. Then you have to act and be natural. You want NATURAL? Can't do that? So when does the melatonin get produced in my body if I'm not sleeping at regular times?Recently my work schedule changed. This means my sleep time and my circadian rhythm get affected. For myself, and perhaps many people, we use our computers from dawn till we sleep. Now I can take one of these tablets before going to bed and it actually helps. I'm only taking one pill per night BTW. Now I have to wake up early in the morning, which means early bedtime. Then these pills aren't for you and should probably ask a doctor for a chemical-in-a-pill solution that could knock out a horse (being sarcastic here).Long explanation short: Use this if you are working on fixing your sleep issues and need some extra help in sleeping. You have to put in the effort to sleep at a nice time while doing all the correct things before bed. etc.
