Since I'm new to using these, I can't speak to the long term effects, but I can speak in generalities about the product and packaging claims.The whole unboxing was a nice process, and it was done very well! Each bottle had a safety seal, was snug in its assigned place in the outer box, and because it is so well done, it creates a sense of safety and excitement about the products.First, the collagen "protein" phrasing should be taken with a grain of salt. (Figuratively, not literally.) Yes it's protein, but it lacks that essential amino acid tryptophan to be considered complete. There are studies claiming that adequate levels of collagen can help with skin elasticity, strong hair and nails, and happy joints, among other benefits, so it has a place. It just should not be used as the only protein source, in my opinion.I take a multivitamin already, and I think it's cool that these multivitamins include digestive enzymes. (My plan is to switch over to these for a while.) Despite eating well, exercising, and getting plenty of water, digestion is one of my consistent struggles. So I'm looking forward to how this might help me.The additional "debloat" probiotic is intriguing. Food intolerances irritate me and cause bloating, so I plan to use this as needed versus as a daily supplement. We'll see!Only one of the containers has a child proof top, and it's the one that smells the worst! So it's likely at the bottom of the list for my kids to try to break into for what they suspect are treats. The collagen is pretty much scent-less, and it was the only container full. In the pictures, you'll see the multivitamin and probiotic supplement are very low in their already small bottles. It's not a big deal, but it does seem like a waste.
