This is an amazing ear cleaner! As someone who suffers from chronic ear infections and ear wax, the three way nozzle is amazing. It comes with a debris collection cup which is a nice addition. It beats using a bulb. The item also measures water temperature giving you optimum performance.It has three different modes: soft for normal uses, normal and strong for stingy ear wax.Comes with 3 nozzle tips for straight shooting and 3 way action to get the entire canal, a charging cable and a pack of qtips.I love the design, with the digital display.I'm looking forward to using this for years to come!

I bought this ear cleaner for my wife who has earwax build-up. She has been using drops to loosen the earwax overnight and then flushing out the wax in the morning. We hope that using the earwax remover kit routinely will make using the drops unnecessary. In any case, she can use it to flush wax out of her ears.I like the thermometer feature. When I first used it on myself, I discovered from the thermometer before I used it that the water was way too cold. I replaced it with water at about 99 degrees.I like that it lets you choose the intensity of the spray, you don't put the nozzle way into your ear canal, and it has two types of nozzles and replacements for each. I don't like that it includes Q-tips because they can break the eardrums.It is effective in flushing out the ear, and it is very easy to use. It is well constructed.

I regularly get clogged ears and I feel like Q-tips only make it worse by shoving the wax deeper. Every few years I have to go to a hearing aid store and get my ears washed out. Now I can just use this at home regularly to prevent that. It took me about 12 refills of the little container to finally get all of the wax out but it's worth it! When you go to the hearing aid store, they will charge you about $30 for one flush so this is well worth the money to have one at home and use any time. It's super easy to use and I love the little side flap to refill the water container. The pressure is just right and it helps that they provide several different tips to find what style of flush will work best to get everything out. The USB recharge is also super handy to take it on the go when traveling. Highly recommend!

Very good air cleaning deviceIsn't quite as powerful as I would like, but I'm sure that's probably due to safety reasons to make sure you don't injure the eardrum during cleaningIt does get the job done and much safer than digging around in your ear with a Q-tip or other device

This review is in two parts and is rather long.The first is about support and customers service and the second part is about the product itselfI am writing this in two parts because I feel i need to call out the customer service for this product and you will see why if you continue reading this section.I received the product and when I initially opened the box and checked the contents I saw that I was missing parts. Normally I would have sent it back to Dropy and ordered another. However in the box there was a card stating if there was any issue to contact the service department and i thought I would see how they reacted while still keeping my option of sending it back to Dropy open. I sent an email explaining my issue to the designated email address and was surprised because within an hour (do not know if it was because i hit the time when my time zone aligned with their customer service time zone) i received an answer from someone called Shouhou who asked for further descriptions on my issue. I replied with what I thought would be sufficient details and off it went. The next day we exchanged 2 more emails one of which I included a picture of the contents of the box . The next day Shouhou sent me an email and said that the fix was in the mail and sure enough in 3 days I received the solution to my issue and then some. I cant say thank you enough at the respect and kindness i received and they truly lived up to their statement about customer support.Now on to the product reviewI wear hearing aids and because of this I get a buildup of ear wax, which impedes hearing and is hard to clean off the hearing aids.I saw this product on Dropy and thought it was a gimmick (I used bulb type ear wax removal products before and they never worked)I read the product description and did some other research including talking to my audiologist and decided to try it out.I found that the product was a bit clumsy trying to use the device while placing the cup intended to catch the water exiting the ear and keeping the device aimed correctly. So i tried using it while i was showering and without the cup it was much easier.In addition the shower assisted the process because the climate in the shower was much warmer and that assisted the removal process.It is a bit unnerving placing the tip in your ear and using the high power mode however I found that the soft and medium modes worked well for me.The results are exceptional!I found i do not get the muffled sound as much as i used to. The hearing aids come out clean !Lastly the product gives you a visual display as to the temperature of the water you place in the device. I found that i liked the best temperature for wax removal to be about 102 degrees vs the 98.6 that is recommended.Cleaning the device is as easy as opening the water well and draining the remaining water. It is battery operated and I used in the shower although the literature does not state that.
