I understand dietitians say these do not work but I enjoy the energy boost I get whenever I take this because this helps drastically for calisthenics and the stairmaster. I truly enjoy this brand more than LFG. I recommended a coworker to buy this too and she enjoyed it! I do not get those 'crashes' I hear so much when it comes to pre-workouts and energy drinks. Just a warning though; this will keep you energized so do not take it too late. Hahaha. The flavor is very delicious and I love the rainbow sherbet. Better ingredients too.

I have a subscription for this pre workout. Taste great, dissolves great and is not grainy like a lot of other pre workouts I've used. Does not cause jitters, good price for the size.

So, for right now, I'm going to leave a 4-star review, only because I've just received it, and I haven't had a chance to use it for the reason I bought it for, which is to replace sugar-free Monster energy drinks that I would buy everyday before clocking in at work. I'm testing out a single serving of it now, and will update at the end of this upcoming work week. I'll leave a few initial thoughts, for now:1. I like the presentation of the bottle; clean and precise, informative.2. The powder, itself, is very fine and dense. I had to give it a little shake to loosen it up a bit. Reaching in to pull the scoop out left a couple finger tips covered in the super fine powder. Not a big deal, just don't spill it on accident.3. Because of it's density it takes a short bit to get it all dissolved and mixed in, maybe 20 seconds for a couple scoops. The taste is a mild, refreshing flavor. It's not too tart, not too watered down, and easy to swig down. I'm not noticing an overpowering artificial flavor, it's pretty nice, and it doesn't give much of an aftertaste. EDIT: For this particular flavor, there is a very funky aftertaste; almost like morning mouth, or something, lol.4. I'm getting a bit of an energy pep that isn't making me jittery, or ramping up my heart rate, but I've only taken a single serving of it (100 mg). It's probably good for a small pick-me-up, here and there. EDIT: Energy boost was good. It took my body a while to adjust to using it, after using popular energy drinks. I usually took about 150mg per serving, which is about one can of Monster, and the energy felt a bit cleaner, healthier. It's okay.So far, it's not bad. As I stated, I'll make an update after a week of using more of it before and during work.EDIT 01: I'm going to stick with the 4-star review, for now, and try out the Blue Raspberry flavor. I certainly saved more money, per day, as compared to what I'd spend on other energy drinks.EDIT 02: Blue Raspberry was good. Same points as before, but, for me, there is much less of a nasty aftertaste. I'd recommend this flavor before the Watermelon, absolutely. Pleased with Blue Raspberry; I'll buy it again :)

I recently started my health and fitness journey..I have two young sons so I get up at 430 to get to the gym around 5 to work out for an hour and 40 min-5 days a week.I wanted something that would give me energy to get moving and start my day that early as well as take me through my workout and after...but not make me feel like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I'd tried other pre-workouts a few years back that swore the same things and I ended up feeling anxious, grumpy and like I was going to die when the crash came post jitters. Not to mention those others tasted awful.So I got on here one morning and found this. I got it and tried it and its DELICIOUS!So the first day-I was nervous and didn't even use one full scoop bc I didn't want to get that weird feeling. I didn't! So increased a little each day from a scoop now i use 2 or 3 depending on my workout that ive got planned for that day. I've been using this daily for over a month and It's the first thing I look forward to when I roll out of bed to get up for the gym! I LOVE the taste of the blue raspberry. I just ordered my 2nd container bc I do not want to run out.Here's the best part for me in addition to all the other benefits but my iced coffee was the one not so healthy thing (creamer) that i still indulged in every morning bc I needed it! I loved it and could not go without....now I don't need it and honestly I don't want it much.I MAYBE only have one cup a week now. This 0 sugar pre workout has been an amazing addition to my workout and is able to carry me through my early workout and coming home to pack lunches and get my oldest son up and off to school as well as keeping uo with my 2 year old toddler! There is no crash. No jitters. Nothing bad. This is amazing and I hope that if you are worried about the same things I was- you can stop looking bc this is IT!!! I even got my sister in law hooked on it!!! Just put the cpl scoops or preferred amount in a mixer bottle shake and have an awesome workout and day!
