I'm currently on my third Perfect Peach, and I can honestly say I love it. It has helped me so much during my cycle-my cramps are noticeably less painful, and that alone makes it worth it for me. This is the only time I've left a review of a supplement, because it's the only one, out of the dozens that I've tried, that actually provides noticeable effects. I have had some PCOS-like symptoms for over a decade that have slowly gotten worse as I've gotten older. I've had several tests done over the years to get a diagnosis, but they've always come back negative. On my most recent visit to my OBGYN, I was told that PCOS can be difficult to formally diagnose, but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't benefit from mitigating my symptoms (facial hair growth, mood swings, heavy periods, overeating, etc.) with a supplement like this one. I did some research and decided that Peach Perfect contained the best formulation of ingredients based on what I had read. I have been taking the supplements every day for almost four months now and can honestly say they have helped tremendously. My period is significantly lighter and less painful than it was before I started. The hair growth on my chin has slowed down quite a bit. I no longer look puffy and bloated all the time. I have more energy throughout the month and don't feel suicidal despair as soon as my period approaches. I think my favorite effect, however, has been the DRASTIC reduction in my otherwise voracious appetite and constant cravings for sweets and other junk foods. The "food noise" that constantly occupied my mind has pretty much disappeared so that now I only feel the desire to eat when I'm actually hungry. Moreover, I find myself naturally desiring healthier foods rather than constantly seeking out sweets and snacks. I've lost about fifteen pounds since I started Peach Perfect, though nothing else about my activity level or lifestyle has changed.I noticed many of these effects only a couple of weeks into taking the supplement and they have not diminished at all over time. Actually, I at one point stopped taking them for a few weeks after forgetting to bring them on a lengthy vacation. I only fully realized how well they had been working when many of my symptoms (bloating, crazy appetite, moodiness) started returning after not having taken them for a few weeks. I actually started gaining a bit of weight back during that time. Now that I've resumed taking them every day, all of these issues have gone away once again.I am only removing one star due to taste. I generally take the capsules because I find them more convenient than the powder, which I also own. The powder drink mix tastes way too artificially sweet for me, so I rarely use it. However, the taste of the capsule supplements ranges from "nonexistent" to "gag-inducing rotten fish food" depending on the batch (I actually emailed customer support about this and they assured me that even the bad tasting pills were legitimate and that the taste simply depended on where the omega had been sourced for a given batch or something like that). In any case, I feel a little bit of apprehension each morning when I go to take the capsules due to their occasionally awful flavor, but nevertheless the results are well worth it!

I've taken this for months now and it has made a vast difference!I have PCOS and was suggested by my PCP to take supplements that have inositol and magnesium. I tried peach perfect cause it had both plus D3 which was good for my psoriasis.The strawberry lemonade flavor is absolutely amazing! It tastes good and not too sweet. Just beware that you might get a powdery feel in your mouth if you don't mix in enough water or let it sit for too long.I found myself feeling more energized and sleeping much better. I found myself being able to focus more and my period being a bit more predictable.I do highly suggest taking the powder version instead of the pill. 1) I liked that it forced me to drink more water. 2) the pills are huge and hard to swallow one at a time. You have to take 4. (Also the pills smell weird)

ATTENTION!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!I gave this 5 stars because it has worked well for a friend of mine, which is why I tried it. I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones. I got this on Jan 9. Started taking it immediately. My lower back started hurting but I thought I just hurt my back. The pain got worse and never stopped. Then I started having lower abdominal pain and pelvic pressure/discomfort, like UTI symptoms but without the burning when peeing. I was treated for a UTI, but the symptoms still exist. I was doing some research and found some women on Reddit having the same symptoms. It was the inositol. So I cannot take this. It causes UTI like symptoms so if you try it and you have these symptoms, you know why. Google says there is no link between inositol and UTIs but me and SEVERAL other women are seeing that's not true. However, I don't think I actually had a UTI, just the symptoms.
