Yes this works for me.CHANGE IN BITE:Any mouth appliance you use for 6-8 hours a day will have an impact on your bite, but this is easily correctable... Your dentist can provide a morning repositioner, mine was free from my dentist. I wear it for about 5 minutes after waking up, just enough time to brew my coffee, and my bite is right back where it should be.MAKE IT FIT PERFECTLY:Getting an accurate mouth impression is critical. As you sink your teeth in for the first time, push your lower jaw forward slightly and bite very firmly, then hold as long as the directions advise. Don't move your mouth or change your bite while making the impression. Don't forget to run it under cold water as soon as you remove it to set the impression. This will ensure a tight fit when you wear it and it won't slip off your teeth.MINOR DISCOMFORT AT FIRST:You may feel a little soreness in your jaw muscles in the morning for the first couple of weeks, but this dissipates as your jaw becomes used to the nightly changes.MOUTH BREATHING:Mouth breathing may occur because you have a spacer between your teeth and your mouth may open. You can tell this is happening when you wake with a parched mouth. I use a huggy pillow positioned so that it keeps my mouth closed, you could also use tape or a strap, whatever works for you.PURRING:This is how my wife describes the only noise I make at night now. Had the product for a few weeks now.This was recommended to me by someone and I was skeptical at first. I was viewing this as an alternative to a cpap machine.I knocked a star off for comfort because, let's be honest, it's a mouth guard. It doesn't feel natural completely.To fit the piece you boil it like a football mouth guard. Only when you bite in it to mold it you have to jut your lower jaw forward past your upper. This is so when you wear it at night it pulls your jaw forward. This in effect acts like a jaw thrust maneuver in EMS. It holds your airway open.It works very well if you are a stomach sleeper like myself. I was heaving every night (per my wife) with frequent rounds of apnea, and VERY loud snoring. Like the neighbors can hear loud. Now I lay perfectly still with no snoring whatsoever when on my stomach.On my side there is occasional snoring but it isn't as loud.On my back snoring is more frequent but nowhere near as loud.I knocked a star off for value because my friend stated these used to be 2 for $70 and now 1 for $50. Still not as expensive as a cpap but what happened?Also some reviews have mentioned you have to refit it ever 6 weeks and then buy a new one. I'm not sure how true that is. My friend has used his two he got for two years and not bought another. I'll adjust review later if need be.The fit took about 10 days to gradually adjust to it. At first I was gagging using it. I trimmed it back a bit and over a few nights got used to it. I recommend using a sleep aid the first week or so to help you sleep with it. Stick with it for a few weeks and it becomes easier to fall asleep with. I don't even wake up at night like I used to.Overall this is worth a shot ESPECIALLY if you are a stomach sleeper.Edit: one year later. Just ordered a second one. After about 6 months it definitely needs to be re-molded. It loses its perfect fit and "grip" and slides out of place. I think I'll have to order a new one every 8 months give or take to keep the fit right.

Pros: it definitely worked for me, completely ended my snoring. Fairly easy to prep/mold Cons: It's a bit large so probably wouldn't work for someone with a smaller mouth. It does make my teeth ache for a little while in the morning. Hint: Do not use the recommended position setting, I have a "typical bite" but that setting did nothing to stop my snoring. I reset it using the "mild underbite" and it worked. Overall I'm happy with the product, I am no longer snoring but I do wish it was not so bulky. The achy teeth in the morning can be a issue for some, to help alleviate that wiggle your teeth a little as you're molding them.

After trying the backpack pillow and nasal inserts to no avail, I didn't have a lot of hope for this mouthpiece. But wow, I was pleasantly surprised. It practically eliminated my snoring instantly. After a couple of weeks of it working I tested one night of sleeping without it. As you can see from the screenshot, my snoring came back. Note, this was at the same level as it was before trying the mouthpiece. So my experience with this has been very positive. It may not work for everybody but it did for me.

My snore score is usually a 140. This dropped it to 30!! My girlfriend was finally able to sleep next to me. I'm beyond happy that this simple easy thing actually is having this much of an effect. She said that she didn't hear me snoring all night, and I listened to the audio and the snoring was extremely quiet!! Compared to taking the cake compared to anyone she's ever slept in the same room with who snores. I snore like a freight train. I am sleeping SO MUCH BETTER now. Thank you for this. I was not paid or incentivized to write this, just extremely grateful. Please give it a try:) Edit a few months later. Still works good. Snore score has dropped down closer to 10. Most nights my girlfriend says I don't snore at all, some nights louder but not often. I am writing a review because it surprises me that something which worked that well for me that I couldn't find any other cheap solutions for is being reviewed the way it is. Deserves much higher score.
