Very important supplement. A buffered form of cayenne. Good when ur on the go or don't like the normal kick of cayenne pepper.

Decent quality. Make sure to drink waters and eat at least lightHelps my appetite on bad days. I'm a hypertensive person on pills for 25 years,my main medicine has been Toprol & others(azor, hyzaar,lotensin,...).About 10 years ago, during doctor visit, I was told that my cholesterol was high,and doctor prescribed a statin(simvastatin) which I took, w/o caring too much of it,along with my usual medication, toprol XL & hyzaar.After a while, i notice that my heart started skipping beats, more and more,later a skip every several heart beats !!!I was so frightened & went to see the doctor who just ran me few USUAL tests,said "see you next month" !Next Month???!!! I'm living in a hell right now!Knew I couldn't trust this guy,had to do something about it myself.Started some internet research, they said there are 3 ways to handle this:electric shock, medication, surgery.Well sounds very logical, but so what? Is there any cure?Searched for some place to go,found "Arrhythmia Center" in Korea, andhuge hospital complex in TX somewhere.What should I do, where should I go?After some deep thinking, an idea came along, let's take oriental medicine approach.Western medicine is very ANALYTIC, where one peeks deep INSIDE bodywith variety of machines/technology and try to find the causes.Whereas oriental medicine which has been evolving for thousand years,take different approach from OUTSIDEsince they didn't have any scientific knowledge nor equipment.Their basic approach is Yin & Yang.Treat the body as a sort of black box & try various forces(yin & yang, but there are many different kind of yin/yang,e.g., heat is yang, cold is yin, dry is yang, wet is yin, etc) from OUTSIDEto make yin & yang balance.If properly balanced, the body will get healed AUTOMATICALLY- they don't ask for reasons since Yin/Yang balance/harmony is universal principle of nature.I decided to take a simple approach like that(w/o complex technical analysis even if available)So which force do I need, lack, or in excess?(I have 2 years graduate level study in oriental medicineand am a researcher in alternative med.)Maybe my heart simply lack energy/power, so it skips, i thought, just maybe.One nice thing about this approach is if it don't work, try something else, ...Tried this approach, found statin cuts back not only cholesterol but also CoQ10which is a energy source for body, esp the heart!The reason being both cholesterol & CoQ10 came from same precursor &by cutting cholesterol, one also cut down CoQ10which again is energy source for heart !Sound very promising!My Toprol already cut down the heart output(make it beat slow & soft).In addition, this statin cuts down Q10,so my heart has not much energy, make sense!Any rate, decided to supplement Q10, it won't hurt in anyway.Went to drug store, found 400mg one was strongest,also the bottle said, it was for "statin users" !!!Wow, another indication that I was in the right direction.I took one 400mg one in my car, I was so tired, leaned back, closed my eyes,rested for an hour, woke up.I was so refreshed for sure, no mistake.Another indication that I was in right direction.So I started taking this everyday faithfully on...But after the initial break, not much improvements noticed,my arrhythmia was still there.Had to start thinking hard again.Luckily I remembered my previous study on cayenne which is supposedly very good,remembered about Dr.Cayenne(Christopher).Maybe I should try cayenne!My previous intense research in alternative medicine spat out a gold mine,but unfortunately, that's all i learned, cayenne very good for heart!Had to know what to buy, how much to take, ...nobody said anything about it.Now I had to guess around.Went to Vitamine Shoppe that I know biggest local storeof variety of supplements.Found some cayenne bottles, the strongest one was oneby Solaray, this particular bottle !From previous study, knew the stronger is the better.Heat Unit of 100,000. Very scared of it of such strength.Cautiously read the label, 1 or 2 with food etc...I never knew what 1 or 2 were for.Would it be good for my arrhythmia? Who knows.Carefully took 1 with meal, not bad, I like hot stuff.tried 2, some stomach pain.tried 3 with soup which was nice I could handle that.So I started taking rigorously for few days,I had drastic improvement in my heart.Arrhythmia almost gone in such short time.After one full week, it's gone period !I took precaution of take 2 full weeks. It went away, never returned.That was 10 years ago, how could I forget that experience.W/o cayenne, esp. this very bottle of cayenne by Solaray,I couldn't have cured it.Ever since, i keep this Solaray bottle, take occasionally for my heart.PS: for one taking Toprol(or similar beta blocker) that depresses heart to lessen HBP,it is not so wise to prescribe statin.I ran into another doctor who tried to talk me into statinand I told him about this story, he never attempted again.Doctors should know of this.I believe in the Unified Theory by Dr. Linus Pauling:cholesterol is NOT the culprit of CVD,so cutting down cholesterol is nonsense.Statin lowers chole

The capsule is easy to take, doesn't burn or cause indigestion. Cayenne has soooo many good properties it's worth trying this method. The units of heat in the product are high enough for health benefits as well.
