TKXEC 7.83Hz Schumann Wave Earth Electromagnetic Field Resonance Generator Adjustable Sine Wave Ultra Low Frequency Pulse Generator With Acrylic Case

This is a good little unit! My wife has been practicing grounding now for a little while, and she says she feels better. So with a little more research in PEMF, I discovered this unit quite by accident. This is a fair price so there is little to loose. Does it work? A patient of mine had several fractured ribs and was in a lot of pain. I called him the following day to check on him (bc I knew he would be in a heck of a lot of pain.. He reported that like I said he started out miserable, but out of desperation he used the device by placing it over the fractures and tuned it to a frequency to help stop pain and accelerate healing.. He said after about 15 minutes his pain suddenly stopped... which allowed him to get some sleep. My jaw dropped.. because I personally have had broken ribs and I know the score. After much deep diving, I selected this unit, and much to my surprise it works. Deep dive with AI, to help you find the frequencies for your need. You will quickly lean not all frequencies are for you.. (I just got mysteriously aggravated by some frequencies which is almost laughable when you did not believe the tech would have an affect) I also enjoy the audio output for audible frequency stimulation.. This is a good little unit to begin your exploration into PEMF. Cons? You do have to plug it into a power source so if you don't have extra long cables, you will have to power it with a battery bank to make it more mobile..

I've only had this frequency generator for one day, but I already have some impressions worth sharing. Prior to this, I was using a small portable 7.83 Hz generator for several weeks. That device really helped with my sleep and moods. I noticed I was able to maintain my own energy and emotional balance much more easily, even while the world felt chaotic around me.This new adjustable generator has some great benefits. It can be programmed from 0.5-30,000 Hz, which gives you a lot of room to experiment. I started my day with 174 Hz for pain relief (my neck and back were hurting), and I felt significant relief. Later I tried a brainwave setting at 6 Hz during meditation, which helped my mind go quiet and drop into a deeper state. By evening, I switched it into deep sleep/lucid dreaming ranges and slept very well. For the price, that's impressive. There are a couple of drawbacks. First, it always has to stay plugged in, it isn't portable like my other unit. That's fine for me since I'll keep this one at home and use my smaller one on the go. Second, the instructions are very minimal. They don't explain how to use the different frequencies or what they're for. I happen to know a bit about frequencies and spent time curating a list for myself, but I can see how someone new would be lost without better guidance.Overall, this is a very cost-effective option compared to other frequency devices. If you're looking for something affordable to use at home for sleep, meditation, focus, or pain relief, I think it's worth it. I did have to do my own research on different frequencies because it really didn't give any information on that in the very basic user manual. I can share it here for anyone interested.🌐 Frequency Exploration List for Your Generator🌍 Earth Resonances & Grounding• 7.83 Hz - Schumann resonance, Earth's heartbeat, deep grounding, sleep support.• 14.1 Hz - Higher Schumann harmonic, clarity, light alertness.• 33 Hz - Physical regeneration, bone/tissue support.🧠 Brainwave Frequencies: A Practical Map🌑 Delta (0.5-4 Hz) - Deep Sleep & Healing• 0.5-1 Hz → Deep unconscious sleep; body repair, immune system boost, nervous system reset. Often too heavy for meditation while awake, but wonderful for overnight sessions.• 1-2 Hz → Cellular regeneration, physical healing; linked to growth hormone release. May feel very still, like being cocooned.• 2-3 Hz → Restorative sleep + trance states; good if you want to nap or meditate deeply but not fully "knock out."• 3-4 Hz → Bridging Delta into Theta; supports lucid dreaming, astral practices, or healing hypnagogic states.💡 How to play: Try 3 Hz for a balanced entry point; use 1 Hz for deep nervous system rest overnight.🌒 Theta (4-8 Hz) - Intuition & Subconscious• 4-5 Hz → Dreamlike trance; vivid imagery, access to subconscious memories. Good for guided meditation or regression work.• 5-6 Hz → Emotional healing, inner child work; a sweet spot for intuitive flow and body release.• 6-7 Hz → Creativity + hypnagogic states; great for channeling, visioning, receiving.• 7-8 Hz → Theta/Alpha bridge; meditation with clarity, "flow state" while still conscious.💡 How to play: Start at 6 Hz for safe, intuitive meditation. If you want dreamwork or subconscious access, dip lower (4-5 Hz).🌓 Alpha (8-12 Hz) - Relaxation & Flow• 8-9 Hz → Light meditation, calm focus; feels grounding, good for winding down.• 10 Hz → Classic alpha rhythm; creativity, relaxed alertness, enhanced learning.• 11-12 Hz → Flow state; good for journaling, artistic work, or mindful presence.💡 How to play: Try 10 Hz as your "everyday relaxation" frequency; use 8 Hz for gentle meditation.🌔 Beta (12-30 Hz) - Focus & Activity• 12-15 Hz (Low Beta / "SMR" band) → Calm, focused attention; improves concentration without stress. Used in neurofeedback for ADD/ADHD support.• 16-20 Hz (Mid Beta) → Active thinking, problem solving, alertness; good for study, projects, focus work.• 20-30 Hz (High Beta) → Stress response, fight-or-flight zone; energizing, but if overused it can feel anxious or jittery.💡 How to play: If you want focus, try 14 Hz (gentle concentration). For intense work, try 18-20 Hz - but don't use it before sleep.🌕 Gamma (30-100+ Hz) - Integration & Expansion• 30-40 Hz → Classic gamma; linked to higher awareness, memory integration, compassion, and "aha" insights.• 40 Hz specifically → Studied in neuroscience for Alzheimer's prevention, neuroplasticity, and brain coherence.• 60-80 Hz → Transcendence frequencies; deep meditation, states of unity, expanded consciousness.• 100 Hz+ → Rarely used in healing work, but sometimes explored for subtle nervous system harmonics.💡 How to play: Start with 40 Hz - well-researched and safe. Try higher gamma only in short meditations.✨ How to Explore Safely1. Pick one band at a time. Example: Spend a week exploring Theta (start at 6 Hz, then 5 Hz, then 7 Hz).2. Time matters:• Delta/Theta = best before or during sleep, or deep meditation.• Alpha = great daytime relaxation.• Beta = d

Already has made changes in my environment. Love it!

Works great easy to use

I have been interested in trying a wave generator for sleep, health, and meditation reasons. After doing some research I decided on this unit. Price is very reasonable. It has a very high quality plastic protective case. I am very impressed with what I received for this price.
