For anyone who is wondering how this worked out:I bought the 5-MTHF supplement for me and my kids - adult version for me, and child version for the kids. My son is my hyperlexia/hypernumeracy buddy (linked with autism), and my daughter has ADHD. I struggled with sensory issues so I thought it might help me too. I took my drops first on Saturday to test it before giving it to the kids. The adult version was VERY STRONG. I took the recommended dose of 10 drops and it gave me some tummy issues and made me a little too hyper. lol however, I was able to fall asleep easily and was SO PRODUCTIVE during the awake hours. The next day and since then I have been taking 2 drops per day. I have to say, it has really helped me be able to handle overstimulation without having to take a long break every time it felt like too much. It is so nice to be able to just go about my day and do all that I want to do. It also helped with some smell/taste sensory issues that I have. I can barely eat fruits and veggies or mixtures, but caught myself grabbing bananas and grapes for pleasure! It was crazy. I even tried poached eggs and put seasoning on it! I know it doesn't sound like much but it made the world of difference for me. 2 drops a day is perfect for me and pushed me to make an appt with a naturalist Dr. I'm so excited!!!Since it is so concentrated and my children are close to the same weight (my son is a big boy lol), I decided to give each child 1 drop. My hyperlexia/numeracy son, however, has grown SO MUCH in awareness, verbally, and emotionally since Monday. If I would ask him "what is that?" When pointing to his bellybutton he would say, "bellybutton" or "[His name]'s bellybutton". He very clearly said "that's my bellybutton" without me prompting him at all. He is also drinking out of cups and straws like a pro. Something he could kind-of do before but struggled with and didn't want to do because it was frustrating for him. I am going to keep him at 1 drop until I get him tested for the MTHFR gene mutation and we can go from there. But this is very obviously something that helps children with autism or autistic traits.I am so so grateful that I found something to help my little boy.. and myself! So far this seems to be a win. My picky 3 year old likes the taste of it and is excited to take it every day. After a couple weeks of taking it, his mood and cooperation have improved greatly. He is also having a better time learning words and is no longer considered non-verbal. Is this because of this supplement or just happens to be when he decided to start talking? I don't know. Either way, it seems to be helping his attitude in general, so I call it a win. Yay!

Seen this on social media and was very skeptical at first, but decided to try. My son is 7yrs old (Level 2 Autistic). I have been administering for 10 days now. The first day he had diarrhea, and the second day several soft formed poops. No signs or symptoms of tummy ache or hyperactive. In fact he is just the opposite. More calmer. More focus.
