VEGATOT Premium Organic Bacopa Monnieri Complex 10-in-1 Brain Support Formula with Lion's Mane and Alpha GPC 150 Capsules

I had never heard of Bacopa Monnieri before, but I thought I would give it a try since I have struggled with focus and clarity my whole life. It's a complex formula so it has many ingredients included. Usually products just say proprietary blend, but this one lists the mg of each ingredient. I appreciate that as it contains a couple of ingredients I already take. So, the need to know how much is included is important. This product is lab verified, GMP compliant, non-GMO and gluten free. All of that is important to me, although, I don't have to have gluten free, I like that it is.I have been taking this for a few weeks now. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I haven't had any unpleasant side effects. No stomach upset or gastrointestinal issues.I feel like it helps with my mood and overall, well feeling. I seem to get more things accomplished when taking this, so that's a plus! I also feel like it has helped with my mental clarity to some degree but not amazingly. I still find my mind wandering sometimes. Perhaps this is something with continued use it will have an accumulated effect. I didn't find it helped with any sleep issues though. You get 150 capsules and at 2 a day it will last for more than 2 months. The price is very reasonable. The lot number and expiration date is clearly stamped on the side of the label. I have close to 3 years to use this product. I don't think it will last that long! lol

I think it helped! Anything to help my ADHD brain remember things, Yes Please! I've been using them for a couple months and no side effects. Easy to take. Seem to be of good quality product...at least from what I can tell. The capsules look uniform so they are mixed well. I plan to continue to take these for my mental focus. Recommend you try it for yourself!

I'm a big believer in the power of natural foods and supplements to assist in maintaining good health so I'm always looking for quality supplements that might provide some benefits to me. I chose to try the Vegatot daily brain & cognitive support because, well who doesn't want brain support? As a woman in her 50's, I want to stay sharp and do everything I can to set myself up for long term good health.A soon as this arrived I started taking the recommended 2 per day with food, and it's just been a few days so far. I haven't noticed any negative side effects, no tummy issues or anything that seems off. Some listed potential benefits include mental clarity, focus, and stress support. Just one of the ingredients is Bacopa Monnieri, an herb I had not heard of before, and is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine for cognitive support. The 10 in 1 formula also includes mushrooms, other herbs, and minerals in a vegetable capsule. I love that the product has a COA right on the item page. The bottle displays the symbols for natural ingredients, GMO free, gluten free, and lab tested. I find the capsules to be a normal size and easy to swallow. Each bottle will last 75 days. It's too soon to notice cognitive changes, but I appreciate the ingredient quality and transparency. I think this is best suited for someone looking for long-term cognitive support rather than immediate effects.

I'm on my second day of taking these organic bacopa monnieri complex brain-support capsules. I have to honestly say I haven't noticed a difference yet, but that's absolutely typical for herbal supplements. I never expect magic or immediate improvement from them, since the therapeutic benefits tend to emerge over time. Before ordering these capsules, I did some research into bacopa monnieri because I'd never heard of it. My online search led me to the website for the NIH (National Institutes of Health), a source I trust for unbiased health-related info. A recent (2023) scientific article posted in the NIH library describes this herb as a therapeutic "botanical frequently used in Ayurvedic medicine" and cites many clinical studies that have demonstrated improvements in "verbal learning, delayed word recall, memory acquisition and anxiety reduction." That was enough to convince me to give this brain blend a try.The older I get, the more I seek out products that help promote calmness, clarity and cognitive functions. I have firsthand experience with older friends and relatives who struggle with the decline in mental health and memory that often accompanies aging. Why wouldn't I do whatever I can to stave that off? And even if a supplement does little more than improve my mood, I consider that a win.I appreciate that Vegatot's 10-in 1 supplement is organic, non-GMO and made with plant-based ingredients such as lion's mane, mushroom, L-Theanine and ashwagandha, in addition to the bacopa monnieri. Also, the capsules themselves are listed as "vegetable capsules" made with cellulose rather than gelatin. I specifically look for non-gelatin capsules since I avoid products derived from red meat. This product is also described as gluten-free, if that's a concern for you. And they are not super big. I find them easy to swallow and neutral in taste.I've added this brain-support formula to my daily morning intake of vitamins and supplements. The 150-capsule supply is intended for two per day, so should last a couple months-plus. I imagine by then the benefits should be well-established.

A value-priced 10 in 1 supplement that is a healthy addition to your overall fitness plan. Easy to swallow and no bitter aftertaste . This is a brand that I trust to be pure and healthful . I feel better about myself using this supplement and I plan to continue!
