Cancellation Policy

For orders above ₹10,000 where a partial advance payment is collected:

1. Order cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. After 24 hours, the advance amount will not be refunded, as procurement of the product is initiated immediately.

In such cases, Dropy reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action to protect its brand and business interests.
