I have a pair of Vans that I can't wear because they have no arch support. The regular inserts don't work because they take up too much space inside the shoes that they don't fit when I wear them, I can't take the original insoles out because they're glued in. These are great because they provide arch support without taking up space in the shoes. They are gel so they are a bit firm (I was hoping to find foam ones). It takes some work to position them just right so they don't hurt but I had no issues with the adhesive repositioning and wearing them multiple times. They peeled off easily and didn't budge when I re-applied. It would be even better if the height of the arch support was a tiny bit lower but so far so good, I'll keep wearing them to see how they feel as time goes on

If you're looking for more comfort away from the heels, check out the more high-end products. With cash being tight, I decided to look on Dropy to see if there were any decent insoles for cheap.These didn't have the greatest reviews of the bunch, but they were definitely the cheapest of the higher rated products.They were simple to cut down to the correct measurements and after one quick adjustment the first pair made my shoes actually feel more comfortable than they were, which is remarkable!The other pair are about the same, even though the heels feel a bit better. They are absolutely a bit slim on the toes.If you're in need of economical but cozy insoles I would definitely check these out. The toes are a little less comfortable than the originals in that pair.

I had been struggling with a plantar flare up for the last three months from what essentially amounted to a extremely painful heel spur. I have so far turned down the $300 custom orthotics podiatrists treasure to sell you as I've been using powerstep pinnacle insoles for 5 years now and they had kept my feet pain free until just this recent flare up. You attach them to the bottom of your powersteps flush inside the crux of the where arch bend peaks. I have gained significant weight in the last couple years and have incredibly flat feet so the additional arch support was apparently precisely what I required to take the strain off of my plantar fascia. The end result is the arch of the powerstep won't necessarily be raised, but the fairly dense foam pad prevents the arch in the powerstep from giving as much when you place weight on it. I have read that a vast majority of plantar fasciitis sufferers are overweight and I'm absolutely in that category correct now.This pair of boosters comes with peel-off sticky pads on both sides. No amount of icing, stretching, sleep bracing, or resting seemed to help. I finally broke down and went to the podiatrist that gave me an anti-inflamatory shot in my heel and a wrap. Fortunately I had already taken the proactive step of getting these arch boosters which showed up by mail shortly after. Also, when I attempted to remove and adjust one booster, the tape ripped off from the booster and stuck to the powerstep inserts. When I removed the wrap, the pain started to creep backside. It's a plain adjustment really and at first you'll feel like theres a cotton wad shoved under your arch area, but I never realized it to be uncomfortable and I adjusted swiftly.My only gripe, if I have one, is the tape. 5 minutes and $150 later, the wrap crafted the pain go away and everything gave the impression much better for the a couple of days to follow. I have no intentions of using a pair of powersteps and pair of boosters for every pair of shoes I own, so having this arch pad sticking to my shoe is not ideal. My solution was to simply leave the sticker covered, but I worry with time and wear, the wax paper covering the sticker will come off causing a tackiness issue when I remove and reinsert powersteps from shoe to shoe. So keep in mind once you stick these on, the ability to remove and restick is limited.Ultimately though, this has been a fantastic addition to my arsenal in dealing with biomechanically challenged feet and I'll be buying more. Adding these arch boosters constructed a huge difference. No give means no stretch and strain on plantar fascia I can only assume. The included instructions are pretty vague with no pictures to show where they should be placed accurately, but my greatest guess had a dramatic effect.

Everyone's feet are so different. But, I'm sharing that I suffered for a year or more before I found these Walk Hero. Impeccable thickness (supportive, but not too thick). Fine craftsmanship (mine have lasted a year now. The only problem is the "squeaky" sound I hear occasionally (not sure what causes this). No glad there's no scent. Otherwise, I'd rate it 5 Stars. They're everything I had to have (firm arch support). It does take some space in the toe area, so I had to increase my shoe size to ensure I don't over-squeeze toes together (but this is normal).

These are excellent. They stay put. I favor the adjustable arch support as one foot needs more than the other. They are very pleasant to wear. They allow me to go barefoot around the house without hurting my feet.
