Dropy.in sells genuine branded products that we buy from retailers and distributors in the USA and import into India. We respect the trademarks, copyrights and designs of every brand we carry.
If you own rights in something shown on dropy.in — or you act for a brand owner — please write to us first. It is the fastest way to have a listing reviewed and, where the complaint is valid, removed.
Our commitment
- Instant acknowledgement with a reference number, and a person reviews your complaint within 24 hours.
- Action within 24 hours of a complete, valid complaint: the listing is removed from the store and from our shopping feeds.
- Written confirmation to you, listing every URL we took down.
- Every complaint is logged and tracked until it is closed.
How to report
- Use the form below (recommended) — it asks for everything we need and lets you upload your documents.
- Or email [email protected] with the subject line “IP Complaint – dropy.in” and the details listed below. Please keep your reference number in the subject of every reply.
What a complete complaint includes
| About you | Full name, company, email, phone, country. Whether you are the rights owner or an authorised agent. |

| Your right | Type (trademark, copyright, design or other), the registration number and the country where it is registered. |
| Proof | A copy of the registration certificate (trademark / design). For copyright: a link to or copy of your original work and proof that you own it. |
| If you are an agent | An authorisation letter from the rights owner, on their letterhead, naming you. |
| The listings | The exact dropy.in URLs (product pages or image links) and what you believe infringes: photos, text, use of the brand name, or the product itself. If you say a product is not genuine, tell us why (for example, test-purchase details). |
| Declaration | That you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, that the information is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them — with your full name typed as signature and the date. |
What happens next

If we think a complaint is mistaken
Many complaints can be settled by fixing the listing rather than removing the product:
- Photos or text — we replace them with our own photos and our own description.
- Whether a product is genuine or may be sold — we share proof of purchase (supplier invoice or authorisation) with you.
We then wait 10 working days. If you do not send new information or a court order in that time, the listing may be restored and the case closed. You can reply on the same email thread at any time.
We may decline complaints that are incomplete, that do not concern dropy.in, or that appear to be made only to stop the sale of genuine goods.
