Description
The 3M High Flow Series Filter Cartridge HF65-CLX Model 5637213 is an advanced commercial-grade water filtration solution engineered for beverage systems and food service equipment. Designed with a nominal 5-micron rating, this cartridge efficiently reduces unwanted particulates, chloramines, and chlorine taste and odor from incoming water supplies.
Excessive particulate matter can cause premature abrasion and shorten the operational lifespan of vital equipment components such as pumps, seals, valves, and o-rings, while chlorine and chloramine residuals negatively affect beverage flavor profiles. Furthermore, chloramines are known to induce corrosive damage in stainless steel appliances and plumbing hardware like espresso machines, coffee and tea brewers, combi-ovens, and commercial steamers.
Featuring an innovative Sanitary Quick Change encapsulated cartridge structure, this filter enables rapid, tool-free replacements without media contact or the need for a filter wrench. Incorporating specialized filtration media combining membrane performance with an activated carbon block, it delivers dependable throughput, extended service longevity, and consistent water quality for demanding commercial environments.
