Description
Achieve professional-grade automotive and industrial finishes with the 3M Scotch-Brite Imperial Paint Prep Scuff Hand Pad. Designed with durable nylon fibers combined with fine-grade aluminum oxide minerals, these maroon surface preparation pads deliver a fast and consistent scratch pattern to ensure superior adhesion for primers, base coats, and clear coats.
Each standard pad measures 6 inches by 9 inches and can be easily torn into two convenient 4.5-inch by 6-inch sections for hard-to-reach areas. Unlike traditional steel wool, the non-woven web design resists rusting and splintering, making it an ideal choice for cleaning, scuffing, deflashing, and smoothing wood, metal, porcelain, and painted surfaces with minimal manual pressure.
