    good for dad's hair

    Ordered this for my father because his hair was thinning a lot due to age and stress. He has been taking it consistently for a couple of months now. Reduced shedding is noticeable on his comb and pillow, and his nails are looking stronger too. Only giving four stars because the bottle finishes super fast since you need three daily, but it actually seems to feed the hair follicles from within like promised.

    The order took extra days to reach which was annoying, but the package was safe. started taking these for postpartum shedding and nutritional gaps. The 5000 mcg biotin is good, but managing 3 pills a day with meals is a task. its been a few weeks so not seeing massive changes yet, just hoping it works eventually.

    3 capsules daily is too much

    Taking three capsules every single day is honestly quite exhausting and easy to forget. Been trying this out for a few weeks now for my thinning hair and minor stress issues. The biotin and saw palmetto combo seems decent, but popping three big pills daily with food is just too many. results will take months anyway so waiting to see if it actually works long term.
