FAQs
Are you trying to fix a loose stock jack cup or build a new guitar?
This electrosocket jackplate is ideal for both upgrading a loose stock cup on an existing guitar and outfitting a custom new build. Its threaded design stops the jack from pulling loose during energetic playing sessions.
Do you need help finding a matching Switchcraft output jack?
The electrosocket features standard USA threads engineered to accept a standard 1/4-inch Switchcraft output jack seamlessly. Ensure you pair it with a quality Switchcraft jack for optimal performance and fit.
Why is my Telecaster jack socket cup loose?
Traditional factory clip-in jack cups often lose tension and pull out of the wood body over time due to cable tugs. Replacing the stock clip with a threaded screw-mounted electrosocket permanently resolves this common hardware issue.
