  1. Remove the protective paper from the back of the pad and press the sticky side firmly against your underwear.
  2. Wrap the wings securely around the sides of your underwear for extra protection.
  3. Change every 4 to 6 hours or as needed for optimal hygiene.

    I received the 1st package of pads,they did arrived late,then i ordered a second package of 2,.just put it on my card,,i l let you know if i get the second pack of 2.suppose to come tommrow,Monday.

    Fantastic pads, wife recommends haha
