    Always Ultra thin pads yes, size four for bladder leakage….Always Discreet, big no so far. Iykyk

    These work much better for me than Always Discreet. If I have full bladder and coughing fit or wait too long, it can be a problem but it catches almost all leaks. Discreet leaked on one side all the time, even with minor leakage, but I could have used the wrong size, maybe too small. Didn't want to spend the money to find out. I'm heavy set, by the way.
