Get your fruits and veggies in a tab!
I have had a busy summer and I was on a lot of unplanned road trips. I happened to have these little canisters with me and they filled my need for a full serving of fruits and veggies! The lemon lime is delicious and add a little ice and get your vitamins. Try it! You will like it!

MAKE SMOOTHIES!!!!
I add a tablet to one cup of unsweetened almond milk. Once dissolved I add it to my frozen fruit mix and blend it into a smoothie. Amazing! And easier to drink that way because it tastes better thank just dropping a tab in water.
