I only use this product selectively, and not necessarily all the time when I get the flu, as I rely on homeopathatic remedies instead. But in a pinch, I had a fungal or other type of infection that was causing a great deal of discomfort for a week. Used this topically a few times and problem cleared up entirely. Very satisfied. I have heard that it kills staph and other infections, even those that are antibiotic resistant. So in my mind it is prudent to have some at home to deal with any emergency infections, just in case.UPDATE: had a sore throat this morning. Took one teaspoon and sore throat immediately disappeared. We did the same, and within a day, the rash and itching went away entirely! During the same period, there was an awful winter cold (sore throat etc) going around. First my wife started catching it. Nipped that in the bud with Silver Biotics and homeopathy. I started the catch it, and got it worse, but definitely managed things well with the same, and quickly kicked the nasty thing. Great product. Can ward off getting a lot of stuff. Good to take before you get on an airplane.
