My blood sugar readings have always been high in the morning and recently were staying high for a long time after breakfast so I had to skip lunch and only eat breakfast and dinner. On my 3rd purchase of this product. Good value for the money. This is helping me keep my A1C down. It has a berry like flavor and the texture can be a bit gritty, but it is not overly annoying. It is easy to dispense and the quality is consistent. I will continue purchasing.
