  1. Insert the dip tube into the bottom of the pump housing.
  2. If the tube is too long for your container, measure it against the bottle and cut the bottom of the tube at an angle to the desired length.
  3. Screw the pump firmly onto the neck of your compatible thirty-eight four hundred bottle.
  4. To unlock the pump for initial use, press down lightly and twist the head counter-clockwise until it pops up.
  5. Press down on the pump head to dispense the liquid.
