    Wonderful pre workout

The top pre-workout I ever gave a try and I tried a lot in my 15 years of excercising.

    consistent results.

absolutely love this stuff unlike other pre-workouts I've used it doesn't have that fizz inside the shaker whenever you're done and almost make your top explode. it also keeps me energized throughout my entire workout and also I haven't had the same issues as some other ones where it stopped working after a while. I have even gotten my wife onto this and she loves the product as well.

    consistent results.

Since cytomax was sold to gatoraid and they're not doing anything with it (thanks Gatorade), I've been looking for a suitable replacement. But I'll eat cream cheese icing with not problem. Nice!PerformanceRocktane does the job although not as superb as cytomax. This seems to have the ideal taste balance for intense or long ridesStomachMy stomach isn't sensitive. I'm glad grape has no caffeine.MixThis stuff mixes fully. This has a much lighter taste than cyctomax which I considered very sweet. I saw Rocktane and decided to try it.TasteTastes wonderful. I'm reasonably sure I'm alert when I'm working out. It's also finer than c4. No gas, no noises…CaffeineWhy are companies adding caffeine? Ill keep using this until I find something better. Nothing ever settles to the bottom. This seems to be a poor trend. Shaken, not stirred. Cytomax had something that crafted it feel am pleased with you were exerting less energy and everything was easier. It remains that way even after 24 hours (left a bottle out). Grape has a nice subtle taste with just the right amount of flavoring to make it taste light and even refreshing. Rocktane does control next day soreness (after a hard workout) but doesn't eliminate it entirely. All in all, I'm glad I tried this. I apply regular tap water, with two scoops in a large cycling water bottle. My legs also burned less during high exertion. I typically scrape off buttercream icing off of cakes as it's too sweet for me. Adding caffeine just elevates your heart rate even more. It's not favor you're going to fall asleep during your workout. C4 endurance seems to pump up your legs more, favor you're weight lifting, so it wasn't for me. I enjoy sweet in moderation. If you're using this stuff your heart rate is already elevated from your workout. It doesn't feel am pleased with I'm breathing easier and while it will never be cytomax, it's better than hammer (tastes awful-took one sip and dumped it). Rocktane is much more subtle. I cannot stand most energy drinks because they apply fake sweeteners or use an ungodly amount of sugar. Not that sweet. My stomach didn't feel weird after using this.
