  Not my top pick way to hydrate my hands, but it operates

  I've never used a hand mask before but wanted to give this a try. If you're a regular hand mask user, you might end up liking this a little better than I did.This comes in neat little pouches inside a box. Inside each pouch is a pair of gloves that are sealed together, prepackaged with goop. You just cut the little strip between the gloves, slide them on your hands, tear off the little tab covering the sticky bit at the wrist, and then fold the sticky bit over to seal it over your wrist. At the end of the 15 minutes, you remove the gloves and rinse your hands in warm water.The smell is nice and relatively subtle. The goo is thick enough that it doesn't try to drip out at the wrists, so you don't have to keep your hands pointed downward during the entire 15 minutes that the gloves are on. (That was especially important to me because I was reading my kindle while this was working.)The wrist openings are just a little on the small side. I have big hands, especially for a woman, so I'm guessing 95% of women won't struggle with it. The tab covering the sticky bit is REALLY hard to remove, especially when your hands are gloved. I struggled with the first one which was even before my hand was gloved. It would help if they made that part easier to grab.After it was all done, I felt like my hands were a little more moisturized than they were when I started. It was nice that they were also dry to the touch, which wouldn't have happened if I had just used a good lotion. But I also don't feel like my hands were as hydrated as if I had used lotion. So there's a tradeoff.Over all, I think this works and does what it's supposed to, so I'll give it four stars. In the future, though, I'll probably be more inclined to put on thick lotion/hand cream before I go to sleep, so it can better hydrate and be fully absorbed by morning.
