  The perfect sunscreen for summer

  This mineral weightless finish sunscreen from Anua is fantastic. Because it's a mineral sunscreen, it does have a white cast at first, but as you rub it in, the white cast absorbs into your skin and disappears pretty quickly. It feels nice on my skin, it doesn't feel oily or uncomfortable. It also layers really well under other products, so if you can put makeup on over this sunscreen without it being an issue. The SPF 50 protection is perfect for the summer, and is a great way to keep my skin safe in the sun. While I primarily use this on my face, neck, and chest, it works well in a pinch for my arms and other areas of my body if I really need it. I also love that it has skincare ingredients in the formula to help ensure my skin is healthy and moisturized throughout the day. Price wise, it's a little on the expensive side, but it is a really good quality sunscreen and perfect if you're looking for something lightweight that won't irritate sensitive skin. I personally like putting this on first and layering over a tinted moisturizer or cc cream, so I can have some coverage while making sure my skin is protected in the sun.

  Lightweight Mineral Sunscreen That Plays Well With Makeup

  I've been experimenting with this brand lately and really liking their other products, so I was excited to try this sunscreen too. This is actually my first time using a mineral sunscreen, and while I'm still not totally sure what the big difference is compared to regular ones, I do really like the way this one feels. It has a very light scent, nothing fruity or floral, just a soft hint of something clean. The texture is creamy and comes out white at first, but it rubs in and turns clear without leaving that heavy, greasy layer a lot of sunscreens have. It really does feel weightless, which is perfect for me because I like to wear tinted moisturizer in the warmer months and most sunscreens don't play well under makeup. This one gives that "barely there" feeling and so far works nicely with the rest of my routine. We're in the middle of a heatwave right now, so I haven't spent much time outside to fully test the SPF performance, but if it's anything like the other Anua products I've tried, I'm confident it'll do its job. I also love that it's made for sensitive skin because my daughter always ends up using my stuff, and her skin is way more reactive. Overall, it's a lightweight, easy‑to‑wear mineral sunscreen that fits right into a summer routine without feeling heavy or sticky.

  Lightweight and moisturizing!

  Mineral sunscreens can be difficult because even when the ingredients look good, the actual feel to them can be off putting when using makeup under or over it. I was mainly looking for something that felt lightweight, worked under makeup, and small enought to take with me everywhere. This one did the job. It does not sit on the skin feeling thick. It also did not feel greasy, which made it much easier to wear consistently. The texture worked well beneath makeup, but it also went on top of makeup better than I expected when I added more throughout the day. I gave myself a mid-day update with it and it did not separate my base or make my face feel greasy. I would still tell anyone using it with makeup to make sure it plays well with the rest of your skincare and base products (ensure its compatible with either your gel or water based). It doesn't have a strong smell and it feels like a moisturizing texture so it's not too creamy like other sunscreens.

  Finally a mineral sunscreen with minimal white cast!

  It's hard to find a high SPF mineral sunscreen that doesn't feel heavy on the skin or leave a very obvious white cast. This lightweight formula applies like a silky moisturizer, and while it doesn't have zero white cast, it is minimal compared to several other mineral sunscreens I've tried. It dries down to a very natural finish with minimal shine or greasiness. It doesn't sting my eyes, so I can apply it pretty close to my lower lashes and over my eyelids before makeup. It doesn't pill on top of other skincare products or when foundation is applied, which is a must for me. I wouldn't say it's hydrating, but it also isn't drying, which is all I really need from a sunscreen. Overall, I think this is a solid choice for a mineral sunscreen!
