  Exceeds Expectations!

  So, this stuff is interesting. I have sensitive, acne prone skin with an oily T-zone. On top of all that, I constantly have blackheads on my nose & chin. They are pretty small but I notice them while performing my daily obsessive skin inspection. That said, I was a bit skeptical about this products effectiveness. It claims to easily remove makeup and blackheads/whiteheads with no irritation. I have now used this balm twice and have to say, I am impressed! When scooping it out, it has almost an Icy/Hot in a jar texture which immediately changes once you put it on your hands. It transforms into almost an oil like substance and has a very faint, citrusy scent. It does not lather or foam and rinses off cleanly and did not irritate my skin at all. I have already noticed a huge improvement with my blackheads. It seem like most of them have either disappeared or are about to no long be there soon....I know, its crazy. I am still a little shocked. I hope everyone else that uses this product experiences the same results because for me, this product has exceeded my expectations.

  Removes waterproof makeup with ease

  For the video I put waterproof mascara and eyebrow tint as well as concealer on my hand. As you can see it comes off quite easily. And it leaves my skin feeling so soft. It has a slight fragrance to it. To me it smells subtly like orange Starburst. I used more balm for the video than I probably needed, but I used my right hand for the demonstration which means I had to use my left hand to scoop the balm. I'm not left handed. It was a little harder to control. I have some broken blood vessels on my left hand that I was afraid would look like unremoved make up, and I didn't want to misrepresent the product. Anyway, I'm really happy with this balm. It melts right into my skin and easily removes all make up. It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. I've been removing my make up pretty soon after getting home for the day (partially because I look forward to using the balm), and then I do my normal toner, serum, and moisturizer routine right before bed. My face does not feel dry or tight at all in the time in between. I should note that the first time I used this balm I got some in one eye. It didn't hurt or burn or anything, but did leave my vision a bit blurry until I blinked a lot. I think that the bluriness was really just because there was some oil on my lens. It seemed to rinse out on its own, but I did rinse my eye when I rinsed my face.

  didn't come with the spatula

  In the directions it says to "use the spatula included" So about how it is for your blackheads and sebaceous filaments, I've only used it once so far, but if I'm remembering right it made my blackheads on my nose smaller, for the sebaceous filaments either I didn't wait long enough for it to look different or I didn't put enough product. So I think to make them like disappear you have to wait for the orange color to change slightly and use it multiple times. As for the smell, its nice and citrusy, as you would think it would be based on what it shows as main ingredients. Overall pretty good product
