MoldAway Powerful Cleaning Gel
LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I know it's not a perma solution but it does the trick. I've applied it to my tub grout that's pretty nasty from previous owners of the house as well as to the toilets. The hard water is so harsh but this has done the trick to remove any grimy mold from those surfaces. I apply and let it work for a couple hours and rinse it off. Durable thick application, gives me peace of mind that its working. No smell, no leakage.

It is magic!
This is magic! I should have taken a picture beforehand, but I didn't have much hope that this was going to work, so I didn't. But! It did. I had a couple of mold stains in the caulking of my undermount bathroom sink. After applying this product, the mold is completely gone. I had previously soaked a cotton ball in bleach and that didn't go the trick. I'm so happy that this worked!It is pricey, but I am happy to pay for it now that I know it works.The bottle was completely sealed and actually difficult to get off. I had to puncture the top and it kinda went everywhere, so be cautious when puncturing the top seal.I used this with the window open and bathroom fan on and the smell was still pretty strong, so make sure everything is open when using this.

Surprisingly Effective
This really surprised me. Labeling led me to expect prohibitive pungency as far as odor, but no, it was fine, no worse than bleach and better than many US-made mildew-killing products. The manufacturer seems to have "borrowed" the name of a different product with a known reputation (the email address is actually given as "NotApulito@gmail"), but that proved not necessary. This product worked really well the first time out. Did NOT have an evil smell (and I am hyper-sensitive!) Worked overnight. Was really happy with the results. The manufacturer should give this product its own name and claim the credit due to its performance. Used it well over a month ago and no recurrence of the mold. Includes an applicator nozzle, plus this product has the viscosity to hold it in place even against mildew colonies growing up the shower wall, at ceiling's edge, and underneath the built-in soap dish. Did not have to re-apply even once to clear away the ugly stuff.
