Description
The ARB Air Line Elbow Fitting 2-Pack is a premium-engineered hardware solution designed for automotive, 4x4, and high-pressure industrial air systems. This 90-degree parallel adapter allows you to connect a male JIC-04 37-degree flare fitting, such as an onboard air compressor outlet, directly to an air line hose.
It is an essential component for custom air suspension setups and off-road pneumatic systems where mounting space is severely limited and the air line must bend sharply without kinking. Manufactured from high-quality brass with a durable nickel-plated finish, these fittings provide exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear under demanding real-world conditions.
Featuring a reliable parallel thread design with an integrated O-ring seal, they ensure a leak-free connection capable of handling high-pressure demands. The fittings require a 14mm spanner size for a straightforward and secure do-it-yourself installation, making them perfect for off-road enthusiasts looking to optimize their vehicle compressor setups with authentic parts.
How to use
- Ensure your air compressor system is completely turned off and depressurized before installation.
- Thread the female JIC-04 end of the elbow adapter onto your male compressor outlet or fitting.
- Connect your JIC-04 air line hose to the male end of the elbow.
- Use a 14mm spanner wrench to tighten the parallel fittings securely, ensuring the O-ring seal is properly seated to prevent any air leaks.
