    Fantastic for icing inflamed areas

    Works perfect for its intended use. PT therapist uses and recommended for icing inflamed bicep tendon.As others said, it requires a flat, standalone area in freezer (fine if you have the room) and gets messy as it that's during use, but nothing a large towel under the area you are icing wont solve.For the price and 2x the product, it was well worth it to me..

    Top icing device ever

    My physical therapist recommended this after knee replacement. I had never heard of them. It is the easiest, fastest and best solution for icing any part of your body. It takes a few minutes, you direct the cold to where you need it the most and you save so much time because it only takes four minutes. The cups freeze in 3 to four hours so they can always be at the ready. They are so much more effective five than ice packs because they are a lot colder and you need them on for less time.
