    Didn't irritate my skin!

    So far so good! I applied these patches to my freshly cleansed forehead and waited the allotted time to remove them. According to the instructions these patches are good to use on any part of your face that you deem necessary. They stayed on firmly, no slipping and when I removed them the remaining serum blended into my skin without any irritation or adverse reactions. My forehead felt smooth and hydrated with a nice glow. The patches are thin and clear so be careful when removing them from the serum to avoid tearing. Nice quality!

    Quality retinal under eye patches

    I was very excited to try under eye patches from ARENCIA, as they contain retinal, instead of retinol, and peptides. Retinal is having its moment in the spotlight in 2025, even though both retinol and retinal are vitamin A derivatives and convert into retinoic acid. The difference is in the steps necessary to convert into retinoic acid. Retinol first converts to retinal before converting to retinoic acid, whereas retinal directly converts to retinoic acid in one step. At first, I was frustrated that I could not get these eye patches to stay in place, and they kept slipping down my cheeks. After a few attempts, I recognized that the problem was that my cheeks were bare, as I had just washed my face. I found that if I started off by applying my hyaluronic acid first, there was some stickiness left in the area that helped the patches stay in place. After removal of the patches, I am happy to say that there is no sticky residue left behind. These patches are generous sized and the container arrived with tamper-evident seals in place, which reassures me that this product was not tampered with. These patches left my under eye skin hydrated and did seem to improve the texture of the surrounding skin. I am impressed with the quality of these under eye patches from ARENCIA and look forward to exploring their other products.
