Description
The Audio-Technica AT33XMONO/II Dual Moving Coil Cartridge is engineered for audiophiles seeking pure, high-fidelity monaural vinyl playback. Featuring an advanced True Mono architecture, this cartridge generates electrical signals exclusively through horizontal groove movements while remaining safely compatible with standard stereo records.
It effectively isolates lateral signals to dramatically reduce surface noise, clicks, and pops, bringing out the authentic warmth and full-bodied resonance of classic acoustic instruments and vintage recordings. Built with a robust composite body of die-cast zinc, aluminum, and high-rigidity polymer, it successfully minimizes internal resonance for a balanced and natural sonic presentation.
High-purity PCOCC copper coils ensure clean, low-distortion signal transmission, while a newly developed piano wire suspension mechanism paired with a duralumin tapered pipe cantilever delivers precise tracking accuracy, particularly enhancing the mid-to-low frequency response.

- Align the cartridge using a protractor and adjust the tracking force between 2.3 grams and 2.7 grams (2.5 grams standard) according to your tonearm specifications.
