  1. To unlock the dispensing mechanism, firmly grip the neck of the bottle and turn the black pump head counterclockwise until it pops upward.
  2. Fill the clear container with your desired liquid soap, lotion, or hair care product, leaving a small space at the top to accommodate the pump stem.
  3. Insert the pump mechanism and screw the cap clockwise until tightly sealed.
  4. Press down on the pump head several times to prime the mechanism until the product flows consistently.

    I acquired these for my elderly mom so that she didn't have to lift a fairly hefty Listerine bottle. If you work with a different brand, explore the proper fit before purchasing.For those who as it turns out do use Listerine, this appears to get the job done and I have had no complaints so far. So let me emphasize that these apparently only fit Listerine bottles. And it is good that it has two in case the user has two bathrooms or in the event one breaks. That has not happened to us yet.
