  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Hold the container four to six inches from the skin and apply liberally fifteen minutes before sun exposure.
  3. Rub into the skin to ensure even coverage.
  4. Do not spray directly into the face; spray on hands first and then apply to the face.
  5. Do not apply in windy conditions.
  6. Reapply after eighty minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours.
