  1. Shake the container exceptionally well before use.
  2. Hold the bottle 4 to 6 inches away from the skin and spray liberally across all exposed areas 15 minutes before sun exposure, rubbing it into the skin thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
  3. Do not spray this product directly onto your face; instead, spray the sunscreen onto your hands and gently rub it onto your face.
  4. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours.
