  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin areas fifteen to twenty minutes before sun exposure.
  3. Hold the bottle four to six inches away from the skin to spray.
  4. Do not spray directly into the face; spray onto hands and then apply to the face.
  5. Reapply at least every two hours, or after eighty minutes of swimming, sweating, or immediately after towel drying.
