  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Apply liberally fifteen minutes before sun exposure and rub thoroughly into the skin.
  3. Hold the container four to six inches away from the skin to apply.
  4. Do not spray directly onto the face; instead, spray the gel onto your hands and then apply evenly to the face.
  5. Reapply after eighty minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours.
