  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Apply liberally and evenly to all exposed skin areas 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  3. Hold the bottle 4 to 6 inches away from the skin to apply.
  4. Do not spray directly onto the face; spray onto hands first and then rub gently onto the face.
  5. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
