FAQs
Is a dematting brush the same as a deshedding brush?
No, they serve different purposes. A dematting brush features sharp blades designed to safely cut through mats and stubborn knots, while a deshedding brush focuses on removing loose, dead hair from the undercoat before it sheds onto your floors.
Is an undercoat rake good for dogs?
Yes, an undercoat rake is excellent for double-coated and heavy-shedding dog breeds. It gently reaches beneath the topcoat to remove trapped loose fur and dander without damaging the outer guard hairs.
Are deshedding combs good for cats?
They are highly beneficial for cats, especially medium and long-haired breeds. Regular deshedding removes loose fur, which greatly reduces the amount of hair your cat swallows during self-grooming, thereby minimizing hairballs.

Yes, this is a 100% authentic AXEFUN product. Dropy India imports these premium pet grooming tools directly from trusted sources in the USA, ensuring Indian pet owners receive genuine international quality products.
