yes yes YES 🙌🏼 i'm genetically prone to short eyelashes, but this serum made mine grow within 2 to 3 weeks. I haven't noticed any darkness around my eyes. The only complaint I would voice is that it burns when he gets in your eyes, but that's a given with every serum. it's worth the money.
