  2. Hold the container 4 to 6 inches away from the skin and spray liberally while moving the can in a sweeping motion.
  3. Spread evenly by hand to ensure complete coverage 15 minutes before sun exposure.

    Good protection

    Quality spray-on sunscreen. I strongly prefer the spray-on sunscreen because it's so much easier to put on and you don't have the goopiness or slipperiness of rub-on lotions. I don't rub it in, I just spray it on and I've been well protected, even on Florida beaches in summer. Still protects you after swimming, I'd say good for four-five hours before you might need to re-apply if you were swimming, otherwise, good for all day probably.
